Fred Boethling - Executive
Fred is President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of CapSource Financial, Inc. CapSource is a publicly traded (symbol: CPSO) company headquartered in Boulder , Colorado . The Company was organized to take advantage of opportunities afforded by the passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). CapSource operating subsidiaries are engaged in the business of selling and leasing over-the-road truck trailers and related equipment to private fleets and for-hire carriers. CapSource has extensive operations in Mexico and is in the process of expanding into the U.S.
Fred is responsible for the overall direction and management of CapSource. He has a strong background in analyzing opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, formulating financing strategies and securing financing and negotiating and closing, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining CapSource, Mr. Boethling held positions with KLH Engineering Group (President and CEO), Sandstone Capital Corporation (Chairman and CEO), Hart Exploration & Production Company (President and CEO) and Cities Service Oil Company (geologist and manager in both U.S. and Canadian operations).
